Group cycling w/ Tracy - (aka spinning) is ideal for all fitness levels. Everyone cycles at their OWN PACE and sets their OWN resistance level at ALL times. The instructor will guide you through every ride, giving you the experience of intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges, and jumps, all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This 55-minute class is an enjoyable and effective CARDIOVASCULAR strength/endurance workout that you can tailor to meet your needs on any given day! (great calorie burner!!!)
Muscle Works w/ Jen- This class is a moderately paced workout for all ages using weights, bands and floor/mat work. The focus is on building strength and toning your muscle. Ab work is always included. This class can be modified to suit your own individual levels, while keeping form and safety a priority!
Just Abs w/ Jen - This quick but fulfilling ab workout is mostly floor/mat work. The exercises can be modified... but also intensified! We push hard, it's over quickly, and your abs will be satisfied!
Step & Total Body w/ Diane - Cardio intervals mixed with strength training to give your body a complete workout using various equipment and having fun while burning fat and calories.
Hip Hop Abs w/ Diane - A funky twist to burn your midsection without doing a single crunch. 30 min.
Group cycling w/ Robin - This early morning class is a high intensity cardio cycling class with heavy climbing and endurance sprints.
Barre Body w/ Amy - The signature workout class, Barre Body, combines ballet, weights and Pilates for a low impact, fat burning workout. Plan to do some free-standing lifting using light weights, some mat work and plenty of barre work. This class also incorporates stretching segments after each strengthening series so you will lengthen your body and increase flexibility. All levels of fitness are welcome!
Circuit Workout w/ Diane - A workout involving different stations, each one lasting between 60 and 120 seconds, designed to make you lose weight, tone and build overall strength. A new circuit every workout!!!
Just Abs w/ Diane - A different approach to getting a flat tummy, doing planks and other various mat exercises.
Tone Up - A 30-minute workout for upper body involving stability balls, weights, body bars and gliders.
Zumba® w/ Dawn - Zumba w/ Dawn is an advanced exercise program that burns calories but celebrates like a party. Students will receive verbal and hand cues. Most importantly, students are encouraged to work at their own level of endurance and impact. The diverse genre of music includes samba, salsa, cha cha, merengue, reggaeton, pop, swing, jive and belly dance. The dance choreography is simple and repetitive allowing new students to join in the first session. Come join our party!!
HIIT Fusion - High Intensity Interval Training class. Get ready to push yourself to your limit for short bursts of time combined with weight training intervals. HIIT training burns significantly more calories than traditional steady pace cardio workout of the same duration. Step w/ Amy - With a portable platform and height adjustable risers, you will do choreographed exercise routines up, onto, down and around the step for great cardio fitness as well as exceptional training to shape the lower body. A little coordination can go a long way, but don’t let that stop you! Great for strong legs, a lifted butt and a functionally fit core.
MissFit Boot Camp - 90-minute HIIT "boot camp" style training that recruits major glute, quad and hamstring muscles along with bursts of plyometrics, upper body and core exercises. This class is designed to improve muscular endurance, speed and agility. Intense and fun!

Butts and Guts - This 45-minute class focuses on glutes, hamstrings and abs. We use weights and bands to work on firming your backside, flattening your belly and creating a strong core.
