Group cycling - (aka spinning) is ideal for all fitness levels. Everyone cycles at their OWN PACE and sets their OWN resistance level at ALL times. The instructor will guide you through every ride, giving you the experience of intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges, and jumps, all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This 55-minute class is an enjoyable and effective CARDIOVASCULAR strength/endurance workout that you can tailor to meet your needs on any given day! (great calorie burner!!!)
Muscle Works - This class is a moderately paced workout for all ages using weights, bands and floor/mat work. The focus is on building strength and toning your muscle. Ab work is always included. This class can be modified to suit your own individual levels, while keeping form and safety a priority!
Just Abs - This quick but fulfilling ab workout is mostly floor/mat work. The exercises can be modified... but also intensified! We push hard, it's over quickly, and your abs will be satisfied!
H.I.I.T. High Intensity Interval Training -Starts with a warm up and stretch, then jump into some max interval training has you work as hard as you can for 3-minute intervals, with 30-second periods of rest in between. End the hour with a stretch and cool down. Exercising at this extreme intensity level will help you burn up to 1,000 calories an hour
Cardio Body Training - An interval training class consisting of high-rep and low-weight strength training and cardio interval bursts
MissFit Boot Camp - 90-minute HIIT "boot camp" style training that recruits major glute, quad and hamstring muscles along with bursts of plyometrics, upper body and core exercises. This class is designed to improve muscular endurance, speed and agility. Intense and fun!
Butts and Guts - This class focuses on glutes, hamstrings and abs. We use weights and bands to work on firming your backside, flattening your belly and creating a strong core.
Cardio Blast - You’ll have your hands full in this non-stop, easy-to-follow class using weights and calisthenics to sculpt and shape muscles.
Kickboxing - Mix up your routine with flexibility and strength-building moves in kickboxing classes. You’ll enjoy high-intensity drills while burning 300-600 calories.* A cardiovascular workout consisting of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind. No equipment is used and gloves are not required. Most suitable to participants of medium to high fitness levels, but newcomers are always welcome
Total Body Workout - A non-stop class that is great for all levels. Strength training, with blasts of cardio, which varies from week to week. Get ready to include kickboxing, high intensity intervals with Tabata timing, station work and fun partner drills. This is a complete body workout, that includes med balls, bands, jump ropes and glides, will be over in a flash, to get you ready for your day.
Pound Workout - Using lightly weighted drumsticks, this workout transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.
Pilates - Core strength is the key to balance, injury prevention and increased effectiveness of any workout. Mat Pilates is an integral component for all fitness levels. We combine specific moves to strengthen your core and instruct you on activating muscles to improve posture and increase flexibility. (Currently on hold)
Yoga w/ Becky - This is an all levels class suitable for most, beginning and experienced alike. The class is focused on stretching, strengthening and opening the body using breath work and traditional yoga postures. You will be sitting, standing and laying down on a mat in every class. Great for improving range of motion, reducing stress and having fun moving in a non-competitive setting.
Deep Relaxation Yoga - In Deep Relaxation, one is able to access that deep level of the subconscious mind and consciously affect a positive change, create healing, and reverse any negative conditioning. One is able to release unwanted damaging, distracting, and disturbing thought patterns.
Yoga Flow w/ Michele - Yoga that integrates posture, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation to harmonize you on every level - body, mind and spirit. A delicious, mindful and moving class for all levels of Yoga
Zumba® w/ Jose – Zumba® Fitness is a feel-happy workout that combines a motivating fusion of Latin and international music with unique moves and dynamic combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "Fun and Easy to Do" allowing Zumba® Fitness participants to stick to the program and achieve long-term health benefits in both body and mind. A mixture of body-sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps, the routines utilize the principles of aerobic interval and resistance training. A combination of fast and slow rhythms tone and sculpt the body, maximizing caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.

Zumba® w/ Silvio - Fuse hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a high energy, calorie blasting, total body dance based workout designed to tone your body from head to toe
Zumba® w/ Dawn - Zumba® is a combination of Latin rhythms and red-hot international dance steps. You’ll learn to love working out through dance with this upbeat and exciting class!
