Micki, who is one of the owners of Sebastian Fitness, has over 20 years’ experience as a personal trainer. In her career, she has worked with all age groups, from youth soccer teams to clients who were 92 years young. She loves personal training and incorporates a multitude of training techniques, all of which create a challenging and fun environment to reach your goals.
Jennifer Leck: Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Manager
Jennifer has been on Staff at the Sebastian Gym for over 10 years, with certifications in Personal Training and Group Fitness. After having two children, Jen can relate to the desire to get back in shape. Setting realistic fitness and weight goals are a priority. Jen loves to Motivate and Challenge her clients, but most of all she loves to see results while having a great time doing it!!
Tracy Arlotta: Personal Trainer, RN, CPT
Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor for over 17 years as well as Registered Nurse for over 20 years. Tracy has worked at Sebastian Gym for over 12 years and finds it very advantageous to be able to connect her medical background with her personal training clients, paying special attention to those with medical concerns. Tracy also has experience working with men, women and children and Tracy’s ULTIMATE GOAL for all her clients is to safely promote health, wellness and longevity when developing a personalized exercise program.
Missy Elward: Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor
Missy has close to 20 years of experience in group fitness and one on one personal training. She has experience with all ages from High School Students through adults looking for an intense fitness program. Her background includes post injury rehab, Competitive Athlete training and intense group boot camps. Her philosophy is “Doing less than you can will only result in achieving less than you should”
Tracie Ann Hill: Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor
Tracie Ann Hill is a high energy, high spirited Personal Trainer and Aerobics Instructor. She specializes in designing custom fitness plans for her clients. She listens to her client's needs and knows how to motivate them so they will not only achieve their fitness goals, but set new ones along the way.
Tracie has an extensive background in Group Fitness and Personal Training. She likes to continue her education through workshops and new certifications. She holds various certifications in Dance, Martial Arts, Step Aerobics, weight lifting, core and abs, Plyometrics, Strength Training, Senior Active Adults, Water Aerobics, and stretch classes. Regardless of your age or fitness level, Tracie can design a specific program that meets you where you are at, and takes you to your goals.
Joy Nottage: Personal Trainer
Joy's interest in fitness, working out and team sports started in High School and followed her into College. She is currently a Certified Personal Trainer and a Group Instructor. She understands the challenges of balancing family life and trying to fit in exercise and a healthy lifestyle, as she herself has 5 kids of her own.
Being an ACE certified personal trainer, she conditions her clients through positive and motivating workouts. From beginners who have never stepped into a gym, to seasoned gym members, Joy equips and encourages her clients to become more than they ever thought possible.
